We are five families of Genoese torrefattori. Our coffee is the result of passion and a shared commitment. Convinced that the best coffee is still to be discovered, we keep exploring its world and the latest technologies, so that we can guarantee an experience with an unforgettable taste.

Sustainability and progress. In the heart of the Genoese hinterland we expanded our historic roasting plant: a highly innovative and sustainable site of about 20,000 square metres. Coffee is a living fruit: according to the seasons and the individual origins we adjust the roasting and grinding parameters, so that quality stays constant. We travel the world and select the best Arabica and Robusta varieties. For over 50 years we have stood beside the bar every day.
